Task-Line Gaskets combine a perforated Stainless Steel core into a gasket made with PTFE resin. The blend of the two materials provides a strong, Task-line is an ideal Food Grade gasket.
Excellent for applications up to 450 F and for a wide range of Chemical applications.
Available in 150# and 300# class.

TASK-LINEŽ 150# Gaskets Task line gaskets are a high performance gasket made with PTFE resin and perforated 304SS. The stainless steel is encapsulated in PTFE resin. This combination adds rigidity to the PTFE and solves the main problem associated with PTFE resin gaskets -- excessive thermal expansion and creep due to high pressure while it retains all of the favorable properties of PTFE resin. Suitable for use in all standard pipe flanges. Advantages: Better sealing, Higher operational pressure Increased creep resistance, Higher operating temperature, Reduced Thermal expansion, Excellent dimensional accuracy.
