Pumps seals come in a range of sizes, shapes, configurations and materials. The most common brands are Flow Serve, John Crane, Burgmann, Chesterton, older brands include Pac-Seal and Durametallic. Our Pump seals are designed to replace the seals that the original OEM supplied with the pump. If you bough your pump in the last 10 years chances are your pump seal was an import and not one of the above brands.
Pumps seals made with a single large spring are by far the most common. A key advantage is that due to it's size the spring is difficult to clog.
